CAN I ORDER FROM THE FACTORY?

Please order online HERE and then choose "Factory Pickup" to pick your order up from the factory.

Our factory isn't a store, but if you see the "OPEN" sign, you're welcome to come in and buy things from our inventory in person!

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75!

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Shipping is calculated in real time. For orders over $100, we offer FREE shipping!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 72 hours from our factory in Anchorage, Alaska.

Once a shipment is labeled and awaiting carrier pick-up, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on its journey to you.

MY PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.

It's possible your order was delivered to the wrong address or simply hiding at another entrance.
