By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that hiking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risks of falls, trips, slips, and other accidents that can result in serious injury or death. You also acknowledge that the terrain on the hike may be rough, uneven, rocky, slippery, or otherwise challenging, and that weather conditions may be extreme or unpredictable.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the hike, you hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with the hike, and you agree to release and hold harmless the hike organizers, their affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in the hike.

You also agree to indemnify and defend the hike organizers against any and all claims, damages, or expenses that may be incurred as a result of your participation in the hike.
​
You further grant permission for the organizers of the hike to use your likeness in any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the hike for promotional or other purposes, without compensation.

If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign this agreement on your behalf, acknowledging and accepting these terms on your behalf.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement, and that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with the hike.
