At Elevated Oats, we believe that what you put in your body matters. That's why we're committed to using only the best, all-natural ingredients in our gluten-free granola. But what about the color? After all, granola is just as much about appearance as it is taste. How do we keep our granola looking vibrant and appealing, without relying on artificial dyes or additives?
The answer is simple: we turn to the power of plants.
Plants have been used for centuries to add color to food, and for good reason. Not only are they a natural source of color, but they also bring added health benefits. For example, beets provide a gorgeous red hue and is rich in antioxidants and nitrates— have you seen our Cranberry Cashew Chew??
By using natural plant-based ingredients to color our granola, we not only avoid synthetic dyes and chemicals, but we also enhance the nutritional profile of our product. It's a win-win!
Our gluten-free granola is available in a variety of colors, each with its own unique flavor and health benefits. Whether you choose our classic Banana Nut Bread, or go for something a little more adventurous with our Pineapple Habanero, you can be sure that the colors you see are all natural. In fact, you'll be so excited for this next limited edition flavor! 👇

🤔 Here's a riddle to give you a hint on what we're working on:
I'm a juicy, red delight,
Sweet and tangy, quite a sight,
I grow on a bush, not a tree,
What am I? The answer is up to thee.

A PNW favorite— Raspberry!
We were beyond grateful for one of our community members to share pounds of frozen Raspberries with us for our first test batch...
🤩 Wow— this granola is a bright and full of REAL raspberry.
What's even better is the benefits we gain from including raspberries into our diet ❤️
👉 High in antioxidants: Raspberries are rich in antioxidants, including vitamin C and polyphenols, which can help protect your cells from damage and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases, such as heart disease and cancer.
👉 Good source of fiber: Raspberries are a good source of fiber, which can help promote good digestive health and can also help keep you feeling full and satisfied.
👉 Low in calories: Raspberries are low in calories, making them a great choice for those who are trying to maintain a healthy weight.
👉 Supports heart health: Raspberries are rich in polyphenols, which have been shown to have heart-healthy benefits, such as reducing inflammation and improving cholesterol levels.
👉 Supports brain health: Raspberries contain compounds that have been shown to have neuroprotective effects and may help improve brain function and reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
👉 May improve skin health: The high levels of vitamin C in raspberries can help improve skin health by promoting collagen production and protecting skin from damage from free radicals.
Overall, raspberries are a great addition to our diet, and even better when we can source them from the land— including the yard!
🙏 Now, we need your help!
Do you or someone you know have frozen raspberries stored from the last season?
We would love to include them into our limited edition test batch that will be released on March 1st.
